Benedictine Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. cucumber juice
    1/2 large cucumber, grated and drained
    1 Tbsp. onion juice or onions, grated very finely
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with 1 to 2 drops of food coloring in blender or food processor.
    Add more color if needed.
    Blend until smooth.
    Makes filling for 6 to 8 full size sandwiches.
