Bacon Tomato Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
    1 medium tomato, seeded
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. swiss cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Chop bacon, tomato, onion and grated cheese.
    Mix all ingredients except biscuits.
    Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits.
    Lay each biscuit over a mini muffin pan cup.
    Press biscuit into cup. Fill cups with bacon mixture and bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
    Yields 30.
