Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook squash, chop in small pieces.
    Combine with bread crumbs, cheese, onion, parsley, salt, eggs and pepper.
    Put into buttered casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top. Just before end of baking, sprinkle grated cheese on top and let melt.
