London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry (cooking sherry, if desired)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to desired taste
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, honey, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic and sherry.
    Spread over meat.
    Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in refrigerator.
    Place in preheated skillet with 1 tablespoon oil (cut meat in half).
    Cook for 30 to 45 minutes on slow heat.
    Turn to opposite side halfway through cooking.
    May cook on grill.
