Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    5 oz. Milnot
    1 box devil's food cake mix
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup Milnot over low heat.
    Stir often until melted.
