Zucchini Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. distilled white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. turmeric or dill weed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 qt. sliced zucchini
    1 qt. sliced onions
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and spices to a boil.
    Pour over freshly sliced vegetables and let sit for 1 hour.
    Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
    Pack in hot sterilized jars.
    Seal. Process 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 7 pints.
