Osgood Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light and thick.
    Sift spices with sugar; add to yolks.
    Add pecans, raisins, butter and vinegar.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
