Toasted Walnut Madeleines(Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. walnuts
    1 c. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. Amaretto
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Toast walnuts on baking sheet in oven until lightly browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Set aside to cool.
    Butter miniature muffin molds and place in refrigerator.
