Hearty Beef "N" Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen potato rounds
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can Durkee onions
    1 medium tomato (optional)
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes in bottom of cake pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Press each with a fork so it covers bottom of pan. Sprinkle browned hamburg and broccoli in potatoes with 1/2 can onions.
    Combine soup, milk, seasonings and cheese.
    Pour over beef mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining onions and bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
