Pork Butt Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork butt
    3 onions, quartered
    2 tsp. garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. lite soy sauce
    3 star anise or 1/4 tsp. anise
Preparation
    Trim excess fat.
    Place meat and onions in a 3 to 4-quart casserole.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over top. Bake 3 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serve with rice and veggies.
