Freezer Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening.
    Add milk.
    Mix. Roll out dough and cut out biscuits.
    Place on baking sheet for 30 minutes to freeze.
    When frozen, put in a freezer bag.
    When ready to bake, place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0. Yields 2 dozen biscuits.
