Cocoa Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Robin Hood flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Spoon flour into dry measuring cup, level off.
    Pour into mixing bowl.
    Add remaining dry ingredients to flour, stir well. Add shortening, milk and vanilla.
    Beat 300 strokes by hand or 2 minutes with electric mixer.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
