Peppered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steaks into strips; brown in cooking oil.
    Add onion and pepper, chopped in strips.
    Cover for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and soy sauce, cook until thickened.
    Serve over rice.
