Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. apple cider
1 large frozen orange concentrate
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
4 Tbsp. butter
1 small lemon concentrate (may also add)

Preparation

Heat cider in large pot.
Add orange concentrate and heat until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well until butter is dissolved.
Simmer on low or keep hot in crock-pot on low.
