Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl (potatoes should be thawed). Pour into oiled casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    If topping is desired, mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup margarine and sprinkle on top before baking.
    Serves 16.
