Bow Ties(Serves About 18 To 22) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. rich cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. rum or brandy
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sifted flour
    oil or vegetable shortening (for frying)
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs and egg yolks together until very light.
    Beat in sugar, cream, salt and liquor.
    Stir in flour.
    This dough should be soft.
    Knead dough on a floured board until smooth.
    Cover dough and let it stand for 10 minutes.
    Roll the dough out until it is very thin, about 1/8 inch.
