Mama'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes.
While hot, mash, and mix sugar, nutmeg, lemon flavoring, butter, eggs and milk with the sweet potatoes. Pour in deep dish, unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
