Quick Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 boneless chicken breasts (skinless)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. red pepper strips
    1 c. carrot slices
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip dressing
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over high heat.
    Cut chicken into strips and add to skillet with garlic.
    Fry for 3 minutes.
    Add vegetables and fry for 3 minutes longer.
    Reduce heat, add Miracle Whip, soy sauce and ginger.
    Simmer 1 minute.
    Serve over rice.
