Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
3 eggs
chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease pan or line with greased foil.
Pour batter and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Flip cake out onto a towel.
Pull off foil and roll towel and cake together while still hot.
Cool 1 to 2 hours.
Unwrap and spread with icing.
