Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend in butter until a soft dough forms.
    If dough is too soft, cover it and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Roll balls in coconut.
    Place balls 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 3 dozen.
