Sam Adams Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin
    1/2 lb. center cut pork chops
    1 lb. chicken breasts
    2 green peppers
    4 hot peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. fresh oregano
    1 medium onion
    olive oil
    1 gal. tomato juice
    2 pkg. El Paso chili mix
    1 can kidney beans
    1 bottle Sam Adams wheat beer
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 tsp. basil
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Using meat grinder on coarse, grind meats, peppers, garlic and onion.
    Add olive oil to the bottom of 5-quart Dutch oven.
    Brown meats; pour off excess fat.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir occasionally, then cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
    Let cool to room temperature, then reheat.
