Schaum Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar or cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until very stiff.
    Gradually add sugar, vanilla and vinegar.
    Keep beating until no longer grainy.
    Pour into ungreased pan of choice (spring-form, Bundt).
    Bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Cool and serve with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
