Easy Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. minced onion
1 (11 oz.) can condensed black bean soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. lime juice
3 frankfurters
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan; add onion and cook until tender, but not brown.
Add soup and water; bring to boiling point.
Add lime juice.
Slice frankfurters into 1/4-inch rounds; add to soup and heat thoroughly.
Makes 4 generous servings.
