Mock Lemon Meringue Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
2 c. prepared lemon pudding and pie filling
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
Preparation

Bake cake as directed on package in a 10-inch tube pan.
Cool. Cut cake in 3 layers.
Stir pudding and pie filling until smooth. Spread 1/3 of filling between each layer and on top of cake. Frost sides and center with whipped topping.
Refrigerate.
