Shoe Peg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn (white corn)
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all and top with 1/2 box crumbled Ritz crackers and 1 stick melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
