Spiced Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large carrots
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Clean, peel and cut carrots into 3-inch sticks. Place in microwave-safe dish and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons water. Cover and microwave on High power for 4 minutes. Drain. Combine spices with lemon juice, honey and oil. Pour over carrots. Chill until serving. Will serve 8 people.
