Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Add 6 cups water to first 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook until chicken falls off bone; remove chicken and continue to simmer broth 1 hour.
    Remove chicken from bones.
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Thaw frozen peas.
    Cook sliced carrots in boiling water 5 minutes and drain.
