Spinach-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1 (8 oz.) American cheese slices, cut into pieces
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. dried whole thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
