Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh or frozen raspberries
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 oz. superfine sugar
    2 Tbsp. gin
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Press the sauce through a sieve.
    Chill until ready to use, 15 minutes plus chilling time.
