Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pared, sliced apples
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation

Fill pie shell with sliced apples.
Heat apple juice to boiling.
Dissolve cornstarch in water.
Stir into hot juice. Cook until thick.
Add spices to juice mixture and pour over apples.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
