Mom'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients with shortening until shortening is thoroughly mixed.
Add enough milk to make a stiff, but stirable dough.
Put on floured table or board and knead until not sticky. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick; cut biscuits and turn in melted fat in baking pan.
Makes about 12 or 15 biscuits.
