Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. butter or oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. thick sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in oleo or butter.
    Add eggs and sour cream, gradually.
    Chill dough at least 1 hour or longer. Much better if you leave dough in refrigerator overnight.
    Roll out and cut with cookie cutters.
    Bake in moderate oven about 375\u00b0.
