Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar or Splenda
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. cold water
    1 box strawberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar or Splenda and cornstarch. Add the cold water. Cook on top of stove until thick. Remove from heat and the Jell-O. Mix well and allow to cool. Pour this mixture over the strawberries you have put in your pie crust. Refrigerate and top with Cool Whip.
