Chocolate And Hazelnut Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    3/4 c. hazelnuts, toasted, skinned and coarsely chopped
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. white sugar
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. hazelnut or chocolate flavored liqueur
    13 skinned toasted hazelnuts
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. hazelnut or chocolate flavored liqueur
Preparation
    Use a blender or food processor and finely chop 1/3 cup chocolate chips. Place in a small mixing bowl. Add vanilla wafer crumbs, ground hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons white sugar and melted butter.
    Mix until well combined. Press into bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Cool.
