Roy'S Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. rump roast
    lemon salt
    black pepper
    chives
    any other spices you like
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with lemon salt, black pepper, chives and any other spices you like.
    Cover with foil and cook at 150\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    Just before roast is done, uncover and let brown.
