Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut, drained and squeezed
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. onion, cut in rings
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 large green pepper, cut in strips
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
