Creamy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 jar spicy mustard
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can Pet milk
Preparation

Cover pork chops with mustard.
Melt butter and fry chops until brown and mustard starts to fall off.
Saute onion in reserve butter.
Add flour and stir until thin and brown.
Pour in milk.
Stir until thick; add water if necessary.
Add chops and simmer for 1 hour.
