Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

4 lb. chicken wings
1 small can sweetened crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. oil
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 (4 to 6 oz.) fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In shallow bowl, whisk together honey and vinegar. Pour bread crumbs into separated bowl. Set bowls aside. Spread oil over foil-lined baking pan large enough to hold all chicken pieces in one layer. Roll chicken pieces in honey mixture, then in bread crumbs; place in pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
