Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. soft shell tacos
    3 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. water
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream and salsa (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into strips and saute chicken, onion and green pepper in oil until chicken is fully cooked. Pour in soup and 3/4 cup of water. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Fill soft taco shells with mixture and roll them up. Place enchiladas in a baking dish and cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is fully melted. Serve with garnish (sour cream and salsa).
