Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. light cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained and rinsed
    3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    additional parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour.
    Gradually add the chicken broth.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cream, parsley, salt, nutmeg, pepper and wine.
    Fold in the chicken and spaghetti.
    Turn into a greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
    Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
    Serves 6 to 8.
