Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. honey
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except wings, in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Arrange wings in single layer in marinade.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning pieces once or twice.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender, turning them a few times as they cook.
