Egg Plant Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small eggplant
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 - 15 oz. tomato sauce (chunky italian)
    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated parmesan or romano cheese
Preparation
    Peel eggplant.
    Slice 1/2 inch thick and brush with oil. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat, 6 to 8 minutes, turning once.
    Heat sauce, spoon over eggplant and sprinkle with cheese.
