Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli spears
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine
    all ingredients except cracker crumbs and pour into greased
    baking
    dish.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
