Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. peppers
    1/2 c. onions
    3/4 c. radishes
    10 oz. frozen peas, cooked and drained
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    6 to 7 slices bacon, crumbled
    6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Layer first 6 ingredients.
    Do not mix.
    Spread with mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Top with bacon and cheese. Refrigerate 8 hours.
    Best made day before!
