Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. whole celery seed
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with salt.
    Peel them warm and slice.
    Sprinkle with sugar and vinegar.
    Add celery and other ingredients. Mix well. Add mayonnaise and eggs.
    Cover and chill thoroughly. (Best if chilled overnight.)
