Popeye'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. Pioneer flour biscuit mix
1 c. club soda or ginger ale
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except butter.
Roll out into biscuits. Melt 1/2 stick of butter into pan.
Place biscuits into pan; bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take biscuits out of oven.
While hot, smooth more butter on top.
