Mama'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 1/2 c. water
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place rice in saucepan with water, 2 tablespoons butter and a dash
    of
    salt.
    Bring to a quick boil.
    Cover saucepan and allow rice to simmer 15 minutes or until rice has absorbed all the moisture.
    In a mixing bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs.
    Add sugar, milk, butter and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Add this mixture to the rice.
    Stir well.
    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
