Country Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooking apples (Yellow Delicious are best)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
    In large skillet, melt butter or margarine.
    Add apples.
    Saute 10 minutes.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes more.
    Makes 4 servings.
