Maggie'S Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, margarine, shortening and eggs.
    Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Shape dough by rounded teaspoonful into balls.
    Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll balls in mixture until coated.
    Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
    Immediately remove cookies from sheet.
