Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.
    Dip the chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat with Parmesan mixture.
    Place in a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Drizzle with any remaining butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
    Makes 4 servings.
